Rachel E. Khirallah
Of Counsel
“Advocating sympathy fosters compassion, but advocating empathy encourages the willingness to help.”
Backstory
I was raised in Irving, Texas in a close-knit family. As an identical twin and one of five siblings, I grew up in a family embodying hard work and determination. My parents, both my mentors and inspiration, balanced demanding jobs with pursuing their dreams—my father working multiple jobs while attending law school, and my mother becoming a teacher and later a university professor.
Their resilience and dedication, filled with love and mutual respect, profoundly shaped my values. My father taught me that kindness and determination can achieve anything, while my mother, the silent force in our family, adeptly managed everything behind the scenes. This upbringing instilled in me a blend of confidence and patience.
Over the past decade, my career has been dedicated to advocating for the underrepresented in real estate and construction disputes. Often the only woman in male-dominated rooms, I've stood firm against corporate giants, defending clients from unfair bank foreclosures, and fighting for those harmed by negligent home conditions. Joining Khirallah Boston was more than a career move; it was a continuation of my life's mission.
